Crazy dreams

Okay so I've been having not exactly the same dream but its still in the same subject. I keep dream my husband is cheating on me or is going to cheat on me and it feels so real I wake up crying. I know he won't he is very trusting and loyal to me but these dreams make me feel weird all day as if its true. I don't know how to get it outta my head😔
