Giving my ex a second chance

So I've been talking to my ex for a couple of weeks as friends. Last night i was talking with him and decided to give him a second chance.

Just to give you a back story of our relationship,I was 16 when we first started dating so I've known him for 8 years and we dated for 3years. I've grown and i believe he has too so i think he deserves a second chance. I still love him. I just need to build trust in him again. Anyway i just wanted to tell someone about my decision. I'm just really hoping I've made the right one. Thanks for listening!!
