Help...im panicking!

My af is three days late. And ive been nauseous, very fatigued, sore boobs. But yet according to the tests im not yet pregnant. Just came back from the doctor who said I should come back in a couple of days to check again. But now im bleeding slightly and cramping a bit. Should I be worried?
