Labor is sight!!

I'm 39+5 and I have a strong feeling labor will start very soon. I can't explain the feeling I just know something feels different! I've been loosing my mucous plug since yesterday and at my appointment today the doctor said I was 1cm dilated. I have a little cramping but nothing painful. Has anyone had a strong feeling labor was coming soon?? And was your feeling right or totally off??
