am I the only one that's either always wet or discharging 24/7?

This has been happening to me even before I got my period for the first time . Started around when I was 11/12 maybe?? I got my period when I turned 13. I'm 16 now. I wear liners 24/7 because of this. I'm also a virgin.

I just want to know if I'm the only girl that goes through this and if you may know what this is called??
