Pre sex ritual

We've been dating for a year and a half. I'd say we're pretty serious, talking about marriage and kids and future planning and it's great. But what isn't is our sex life!! Back in my day, like 19-25 I was in my own place I had a greattttt time and an awesome sex life. Then it calned down a bit, I met him and it's been great. But he doesn't like sex half as much as I do. I could have a knife in my abdomen and still want it and he, well, I almost have to beg. And then we now "talk" before sex... So today's conversation (😐) was about how I don't initiate. Problem is I DO!! All the time! Everywhere in the house!! He doesn't get that it's what I'm doing! I've never had this problem before! I know he wasn't a virgin before we met but he is/was a male prude..... But holy crap!
