Comparing 16 to 18-19

Amanda • Happily married to the love of my life (:
First off, I want to make it clear that I want this post to be a level headed debate to get some great points across. The topic won't evolve to anything really if everyone just comments very defensively instead of explaining their views.
I've noticed that many girls on this forum who are 16 claim that they are married, already have kids, and moved out. I think that's awesome, I also want you to realize that you're not the majority. You're the "success" stories.
With that being said, most people go through a drastic change within the 3 short years in between being 15 and being 18. Most of the time those who are 18 look back at when they were 15 and think "omg what the hell was I thinking." I know I sure do.
When I was as young as 13, I wanted a baby. I wanted a baby to love me and be my best friend. I thought that way basically all of high school but only now have I realized how absolutely stupid I was. In my situation, I was never with a guy who would stay and help. Just somebody who thought they loved me but ended up changing their minds. Happened a few times, each ending in heart break and thinking I'll never find someone to love me and get married.
Now I'm 18, I'm moved out and I've met the love of my life (whose older) and we're married and starting our life together. Now I don't want to bring a baby into this world so I can have a default best friend, I want to bring a child into this world so that I can raise them to be an amazing person and be a loving mother and give them a father whose amazing. I know he'll be an amazing father because he's already pretty amazing to his little girl from a previous relationship.
Anyways. My question is for both girls who are 15-16 and girls who are 18-19, what makes you feel like you at your age is the best for getting pregnant? If you're 19 and wanted a baby at 15, why didn't you get pregnant? If you're 15, why don't you want to wait till you're 18?
I want to hear great points from both sides.
