Difficult pregnancy

Ok so at 11 weeks I was diagnosed with a moderate size subchronic hematoma with bleeding which is normal..I am now 20 weeks and was told today I have very low amnotic fluid and baby is breech.. I have had a uti for like 3 months and so times have blood in my urine from the uti..Baby is growing and has a strong heartbeat of 148. I feel baby move every night..but I'm worried something is wrong... fluid is so low they haven't seen a heart or the stomach or can't tell me the gender..Does anyone have any experience with either of these promblems...
