What to use on out of control baby acne?

It's not bothering her any as far as I can tell, pediatrician says it's just the baby acne and should go away but she hasn't seen how bad it is. It's really dry and gets worse when she is upset. I've read that hydrocortisone can work, but was wondering if anyone else's baby has experienced this.

Use some of your breast milk! It works like magic and should start to clear up in a matter of hours. Just express some and rub it on her face. Also make sure you clean it. I found my guy got worse after having him skin to skin with me because of the oils on my skin. So clean and then breast milk.

My son had it and the doctor said to use a warm wet baby cloth and don't use soap on the baby's face I hope this works for u

I have a friend who swore by Mustela physiobebe or something like that; she got me to register for a big old bottle.  Her daughter had some skin issues and she used that with a cotton ball until it cleared up.
