Help?? Severe bloat

I've always been a little bloated, but THIS is no longer simply an inconvenience. This hurts, and this is freaking me out.
I am 145 pounds, 5'8", I workout regularly, I don't drink dairy partly because it makes me bloated, I am not pregnant, I poop regularly, at least once every other day... 
Can anyone help? What could possibly be causing me to bloat up this much? What are some ways you alleviate bloating in your own body?
