Miscarriage?

Ok so last night I went to bed with this horrible lower back pain I've been on my period last few days but it's been light. Today I had to leave work feeling very under the weather migraine and lower back pain back it hurt so bad that I was in tears. It felt as if there was a tone of pressure to my lower area and pulsating felt like I was having contractions, and was shooting pains down my legs and up my back. I laid down with my son to take a nap at 1230 I had the chills and pain so bad I was doubled over. My SO came home at 3 to find me in tears checked my temp which to my surprise was at 103 I took out my tampon before laying down because I felt uncomfortable and thought maybe would help. I went to the bath room and had a few blood clots and laid with a heat pad. Now I'm doing better feel a little pressure but nothing compared to earlier and now no more fever. Something felt so wrong though. My only thing that has me unsure is my son had a fever Monday night so I'm thinking maybe he just got me sick..... And just by chance I was hurting too...... I know no one is a doctor but I'm kind of worried. Should I stop being a worrying wort?
