Pregnat ?

Last real period dec 3 periods just started to straighten out because on metformin. Around ovulation day i had light pink spotting only for 1 day. Then on 30 of dec had spotting but more on toilet paper this time sorry if tmi. Had for like 4 days.had nausea real bad, smell,cravings, thats gone and now headaches and lower back pain. Nausea here and there 2 negitive test could i still be pregnant?
