Hard time conceiving after d&c

Hello. I am 22 mother of 1. My boyfriend and I are trying to conceive. I was pregnant in June of 2015 and had a miscarriage in august of 2015. I had a d&c in mid October of 2015 and waited the 6 weeks to heal and a few extra weeks just in case. I also had chlamydia from my ex husband and had to deal with that which I didn't know I had until I was pregnant. But it has been almost 4 months and I am having no luck getting pregnant. My bf and I try about a few times a week but nothing. I was wondering if anyone had a similar experience especially after a d&c?? I'm worried
