Safe to Sauna 13-14 DPO?

Question

Is it safe to sauna or hot tub 13-14 days past ovulation if we've been trying? We got a vacation for a Christmas gift from our families to a spa. We'll be in the pool, sauna, steam room, hot tubs, etc. is this ok? Or should I limit the time? And how much time? Does anyone know?

I encourage people to live their lives normally or do what they need to do to limit stress.

Untill you see a positive test, enjoy yourself. If you're gonna be worrying the whole time, that's not fun so maybe sit out.

I would test and if it's negative then go for it. If positive I would be concerned as I read that hot tubs and raising your temp are linked to issues like spina bifida, which occur in your early pregnancy.

If you're pregnant, you're not supposed to raise your core temp over 102.2 for more than ten minutes. So maybe ten minutes in, 15-20 minutes out and so on. Most hot tubs are 101-103, saunas and steam rooms around around 100 as well.
