Lack of melanin only in my hands?

Do you guys think it's normal to have really white looking hands but the rest of my body is dark like it's extremely noticeable and someone today even pointed it out saying why my hands look like they belong on a white person I just don't know why I'm like two tone almost it's so weird. My hands are always cold so maybe there's no blood going to them. Really random topic but I'm curious to see if anyone else might have it and should I go to the doctor I just think it's weird that I'm lacking my color in my hands
