I need advice!

When I was 16 or 17 years old I had cyst on my ovaries I went in and I also had my appendix almost ruptured on me so the doctor went in and took it out. in 2009 I found out he cut my right Philippian tube out and I've been trying to get pregnant and I'm not having any luck does anybody have any advice how I can become pregnant and can everyone please pray for me and my fiance
