Need advice

My husband and I have recently started trying for our second child.  I stopped taking my birth control in November and this month is the first time we have really tried.  I bought an ovulation test and got a peak outcome this past Saturday 1/16 the past two days I have had light nausea all day just about.  Could it be early signs or just my hopes getting the best of me?  The only reason I'm wondering is because when I got pregnant the first time I had to take clomid.  My son is 2 and have been on bc since he was born.
