TTC <3 years

Has anyone ever gotten a long, spotty period, instead of a regular one?

I'm usually on time. If not, off by a day or two, so when my period came two days early, I didn't worry. I always start off light the first day, then the second day, heavy, then I'm usually spotting by the third day. Well, this time around, I've been spotting since Saturday (6 days now). (Not even filling half of a tampon when I normally need to change it out previously months.) Anyone been through this before?
