After two long years and many tears, I'm happy and excited to say that I am pregnant!
I always thought it would be so easy to get pregnant, but my journey wasn't easy. I took pre natal vitamins the entire time. I use Pre-seed several times with no luck. My husband had two semen analysis, one abnormal and one normal. I thought maybe I just wasn't meant to have a child.
Finally on December 30, 2016, I had a HSG dye test to check my Fallopian tubes. I got an all clear from the doctor saying my tubes were normal. I was told that fertility increases for the three months following the procedure.
I immediately starting baby dancing with my husband the following day. I also used OPKs for the first time. We BD'd every other day and three times on my ovulation day. I waited and waited for Aunt Flow to show up. I always start spotting a few days before I'm suppose to start. On 12 dpo I still hadn't spotted, so thought I'd go ahead and take a test. A faint line showed up within seconds. Minutes later it was a little darker. I'm still so shocked that I'm having a hard time believing that it's finally my time. Thank you Lord!
