Help? Advice?

So I'm 100% effaced at a +1 station and 1cm dilated I'm 37w & 3 days I've been having pains so bad that I literally stop in my tracks they aren't consistent but so bad I have to breath in breath out to get through them and tap my foot so I can hold in the urge of going "ughhhhh!" I didnt think Braxton hicks were supposed to hurt ....

Braxton hicks do hurt at the end. Drink some water and put your feet up. If they don't go away or lighten up in an hour or two then I would call ob at the hospital and talk to a nurse. Real labor is excruciating. You won't be able to talk through a contraction, your whole belly tightens, contractions are typically a pain that feel like the worst period cramp mixed with you have to poop pain that radiates down your thighs.  I know that sounds crazy. Trust your body. You will know when it's time ☺

They don't, those sound like real contractions. My OB told me if I'm in pain like that to call her right away. I would say give your doc a call! Good luck!
