Itching

So I have lately been getting some really irritating itching in my pubic area. It's been going on for a couple weeks now. I've heard that it can be eczema and other rashes and I do have eczema elsewhere. And the itching is only where pubic hair is so not the vagina itself. Should I go see a doctor? Should I buy a certain product meant for lady parts. I need advice please. All comments welcome.
