H pylori , appendectomy, issues

Well almost a year ago I started having really bad symptoms of gastroitis (?). Simply put it was H pylori which was getting flared up by my appendix being inflamed and somewhat torn. Now I got my appendix removed on the 6th of Janurary. And then two weeks later I am told I have a high level of h pylori. The antibiotics for are going to be the death of me. I have never been on antibiotics for this long. I started them on the 6th of Janurary was off them for less than 48 hours when I was put back on them. Is there a way to deal with this issue? I am starting to get sick like throwing up, and I have non stop diarrhea. . . I am hydrating with water, and drinking ginger ale because nothing will stay down or in. I NEED HELP.
