So I'm 14 and I have a lot of problems with my period. I'm not sexually active but I want to go to my doctors and see if I can be out of birth control to help with my cramps nausea and the heavy flow, but I don't know how to ask my mom. We don't talk about this stuff and she's never even mentioned sex. What should I do?
