URGENT VERY SCARED

so I've had unprotected sex about 2-3 months ago , and he didn't cum in me but i was only on the pill for 3 weeks . A month after I did it , I had this brown thick discharge the week of my period . the next month I bleed for like 3 days and it was really light and came a week early . and I assumed everything from the past 2 months was because of my new pill . But now for the past 2 days have been having this weird grumbling type thing in my belly , and idk if it's my period coming , the pill messing with hormones , or a baby !?!? if I don't get my period soon I'm gonna start getting really really scared , bc I'm only 15 . Please please help , and if you have any advice or if anyone could calm me down please message me , bc I can't be pregnant . thanks
