A few months back I ended up having sex with someone and I'm almost positive I tried saying no and pushing him away but I also blacked out a lot of the night so am not %100 sure if I gave consent or not. I just know that I woke up hating myself and him, and feeling violated. But he kept making jokes about it so I assumed I must have let him

I can't tell you if it was or wasn't (since I wasn't there) but if you blacked out and you felt weird ever since, You most likely could have been raped. Especially with the black outs and him not listening the first time when you said no.
