What habits should I kick?
So I just got my BFP today, and umong other things, what I should stop doing is on my mind. Since TTC, I switched to half-caf coffee because I know caffeine is not so good, but I NEED my coffee lol Is caffeine something I should quit completely? Also I know sushi is not good, but I've read that certain types of sushi/seafood are safe. And lunch meat, unpasteurized cheese and the list goes on. What are some BIG no-no's that I should make sure I quit? (Other than the obvious: alcohol)
