Felt baby movement at week 16 after that nothing since past 7 days..worried. :( is it normal????

Hi, 
I felt baby movement at 15 and 16 weeks twice n then no movement since then..it had been 7 days... Worried if everything is normal or not.can u pls suggest.. If anyone faced this...

It slows down after a while. I hadn't felt anything last week and early this week. I was scared on the inside, but was trying not to worry. Last night the baby was SUPER active, and at my US today the baby was kicking and punching and turning. Try not to worry too much about it ( I know it's easier said than done). Just keep talking to it, and playing music for it. I'm sure your little bubbles and flutters will be back and more prominent that ever before 😊.

I'm almost 19 weeks and my babies movement are very periodic. I get more paranoid as ultrasound appointments come up because I feel like they will find something wrong. I think it is totally normal, some babies are more active than others.
