Twins ???

Question

I have my first appointment next week  but idk if I can talk him into an ultrasound if not I'll have to wait til feb 8th ... But I was just wondering anybody with confirmed twins or had twin in the past what are some systoms ?... Mom mom keeps saying it runs in the family I'm 6 weeks and 3 days and I've gained 5 pounds in a week... With my last I didn't gain weight that fast or this soon haha

What are some systoms you guys felt with twins before an ultrasound ?

I gained a bunch of weight at first because of the digestive symptoms I was having (bloating etc), but then my weight went back down. Could it be that?

Actually I just weighed myself because it has been a few days since I checked and I gained another 2 pounds so 7 pounds in about a week and a half ? Haha my eating habits haven't changed much except I cut out soda pop I usually eat a bowl of oatmeal in the morning at work then lunch is usually a sandwich and yogurt for a snack then dinner is some kind of meat and usually a potato and veggie plus a glass of milk at eat meal (2% milk ) and sometimes fruit for an evening snack so I feel like I shouldn't gain that much weight already haha

I don't think there's any way to tell without an ultrasound. I had a high chance of twins. I am a twin, and I am old. I pretty much held my breath till the scan. I am only having one. She'll probably make you wait for it. Mine likes to wait till 8 weeks.
