Nigella sativa or black seeds in early pregnancy
Hi ladies,
I was just wondering whether it's safe to use black seeds in pregnancy. I wanted to make crepes and hubby and I usually put black seeds in the flour. However, since I am 5 weeks pregnant, I am not sure if I can do it. It apparently boosts the immunity and prevents the uterus from contracting and it is not advisable for pregnant women to use it. Has anyone had any experience with that?
