Can smoking while pregnant cause learning disabilities?

I have ADD and I had expressive and receptive language disorder as a kid... Could it be because my mom smoked while pregnant with me?

I am a parent of 4 beautiful children ranging from 12 to 23 months. I smoked while pregnant and I still smoke and my children are very healthy and rarely get sick. If u think about it back in the day parents did anything they wanted and had normal pregnancies and children.

My mother drank and smoked (tobacco and marijuana) while pregnant with me and I was born with a whole whopping pile of complications and disabilities, mostly with my vision. It's safe to say if you are pregnant and want a perfectly healthy baby, stay sober, stay healthy, and don't overextert your body at all.

I have slight developmental problems because my mom was around secondhand smoke while pregnant. I can't imagine what actually smoking would have done
