At what time in pregnancy does lower back hurt?

My lower back hurts so much when I'm sitting down, laying down, & standing up. I'm not sure if I'm pregnant or not. My arreolas are darker than ever & my nipples are popping out. What is this? Im afraid.

My boobs hurt from day one... But my back didn't start hurting until the end of my first trimester/start of my second. And even with that, it's more my hips then my back. It's the SI joints.
