Long shot but curious

I just had an ectopic with left tube removed dec 29th. I only bled for 3 days after the procedure which i thought was crazy. I still followed my monthly app. And took an ovulation test just to see if i still ovulated and it showed positive that i still had.

Its been 24 days since my surgery and my SO and i started having sex again at 15 days po which was near ovulation. I knw were spose to wait a few months to start ttc again and were not trying persay but not not trying.

Well according to my app. my first normal period should be back in 4 days. Today i started spotting very lightly a dark brown. Could this be my period coming. Or is there sum crazy chance this is implantation.
