Clear mucus plug? Sorry for the TMI

I went to the bathroom earlier (for the millionth time... Baby has dropped and he's sitting on my bladder literally making me feel like I'm gonna pee my pants at any given moment) and when I wiped there was some clear booger-y looking stuff. It was more significant than the egg white textured discharge, and way more stringy. There was no blood though... Could this be the mucus plug?
