Should I be worried or am I lucky?

I am now 9 weeks I have my first ultrasound next Thursday and the wait is killing me! What makes me nervous though is my lack of symptoms. I have had a bit more saliva and I am exhausted about 70% of the day and my breasts feel as if they've been stomped on daily but other than a few bouts of nausea (no vomit) that's all I've really felt. Is this bad or am I lucky?
