Spotting 😁

Hi ladies. I'm extremely nervous because I started spotting today. First just brown, but now some rusty red color. Almost nothing on panty liner, but can be seen when I wipe (sorry if this is TMI.) I am 6 weeks along now and am so scared this is a sign of miscarriage. A nurse at my doctor's office told me that it is probably fine and to wait it out. If I had any heavier bleeding, to go to the emergency room over the weekend. Has anyone else had this problem? Looking for some kind of comfort because the anxiety is killing me!
