No BFPs (3 days AF delayed & 2 days bleeding)

Anyone out there has the same case like mine? AF delayed 3 days, HPT tested but BFN and then she came for 2days (medium bleeding with dark blood) and now supposed to be my 3rd day of AF but it stops! No tail. What it is? My last 3months cycle were 25, 29 & 31 (sounds not good to me).
