Do you have to have a c-section after episiotomy? I am having my fourth child and wondering if it is a necessity and why or is this my choice? I had this done with all 3 kids worried about the one on the way.

I'm confused. Maybe this was worded wrong? There wouldn't be any reason to have an episiotomy during a c-section delivery...

I think it depends on if there was severe damage in the prelinium after t or due to the episiotomy...

I had a 4th degree tear on my last pregnancy then had to have a repair so this pregnancy was told I would need a c section no natural childbirth for me
