Sleep deprived
I cannot sleep worth shit!!! Ever! For like the past year or two! I've literally tried everything and a few prescriptions but my doctor wont change my meds. What does everybody else take to help them sleep? Maybe i can give my doctor some suggestions since he wont change my prescription.
