So I'm wearing a UK size 12 is that considered fat I'm a 15 year old girl and is about "5,6" and I weight about 11st 6lbs and I feel really fat and I don't know how to lose weight I've tried everything I hate being this size I feel like I'm too big for my boyfriend as if he deserves someone better and skinnier like he is

I'm the same height (just a little bit taller) and weight and wear size 12! It's not big at all, for your height it's about right so don't worry at all. If you're concerned about it, then of course you can try lose weight for yourself

I'm the same size and height and I have large thighs and a muffin top. Everytime I feel insecure my boyfriend tells me that I'm voluptuous which he finds sexy. As he says "more love to grab on to". Your partner most likely feels the same. If they are with you then that means they find you extremely attractive. I believe 12 is actually a more healthy size. It's not "heavy" it's not skinny. It's normal and human. Don't hate yourself because of how others look, the only person in the universe who matters is yourself. All the people close to you like you for who you are not how you look.

I'm going to be very honest with you because you deserve a truthful answer. I wouldn't say that you're "fat" but you are slightly heavy. It shouldn't be problematic for your health however, if you don't feel confident in your own skin, please diet and exercise responsibly (slowly introduce this new lifestyle or it'll be impossible to maintain). This means no quick weight loss plan. Spoiler: they don't work long term. Absolutely stay away from eating disorders like bulimia (purging) and anorexia (skipping meals)! They are so not worth it!

I recommend skipping processed foods such as sugar, bread, rice, pastas, noodles, fried food, etc. This is usually the most difficult part. My general rule is that if it's mostly brown, don't eat it or reduce it. Try to add more colorful foods into your life such as green vegetables and assorted fruits. Drinks are usually dangerous because they often sneak in lots of sugar (i.e. smoothies). The best forms of protein are lean skinless chicken and eggs (low calorie, low carb). Pork is also okay but don't eat too much red meat (beef/lamb). This is easier if you eat or bring most of your meals from home. Just know what to eat and you'll never be hungry while losing weight.

Because of your age, you still have some growing to do. Luckily for you, this also means it'll be easier to lose weight! (School also keeps you moving!) You don't have to necessarily work out but keep yourself active! Go out with friends/boyfriend, join a club, volunteer, etc.

Last note - at the end of the day, as long as you're happy with your body and you're healthy, that's all that matters. What your boyfriend thinks doesn't amount to how you feel in your own body. Plus, he's dating you so it'll be safe to assume that he loves you and supports your wellbeing 😊

Well I'm 16 and I weight about the same, and I wear a UK size 14 and maybe even 16, I've always thought of myself as big, but naturally you will look at yourself like that. In reality I know I'm not huge but I feel like it most of the time, everyone's beautiful, we've just programme ourselves to want to be someone else!

Honey don't call yourself fat or even think it, if you really don't like your body size start to go for walks and try cut down on junk food if you eat a lot of it, chin up love xo
