Wait was that pee?!

So I am sitting big with my 20 mo old on my lap. I suddenly fee warmth spreading in my lap. I am thinking oh shoot she peed through the diaper! But we stood up to correct her IV and I realized she is dry and I appear I've peed my pants. I've been under stress as she's been in the hospital for a couple days and not sleeping well. But I've felt baby moving throughout the days and haven't had a lot of pain or anything. Did I pee my pants?! Is that amniotic fluid?! How do I know? I'm sure everything is fine but thought i would see if anyone had insight. I feel like I have to pee now so maybe it wasn't pee? Thoughts?!
