What would you do?

Ok so I know I've posted about my missed miscarriage but now I have a question. Thursday I started Cytotec at 2pm bled through 1 pad and had some light spotting for a few hours after. I re placed the Cytotec again at 2am per dr instruction and since then I've had no bleeding. I don't feel like it worked, I can't possibly believe that 1 pad was enough for an 8 week twin miscarriage caught at 10 weeks. My lower abdomen is mildly tender and I've been living with constant cramping since taking the Cytotec. I just want this nightmare to be over so I can start healing. So my question is would you call Monday and see if you could get in earlier than your Thursday appointment? I feel like I'm going to be told I need a D&C.
