Braxton hicks?

I'm a FTM, 35+1, and the last two days I've been getting what feels like menstral cramps. Some mild, some pretty uncomfortable. They seem to come in spurts and make my lower back hurt pretty bad. And every now and then feel like they are through out my whole stomach. I'm getting the occasional shooting pain straight down my vagina too. Could I be having BH contractions?

Sounds a bit more like the real thing than Braxton hicks I say run that one through your ob.

Definitely need to bring this up to your doctor. If you don't have an appointment in the next 2 days I would call the office in the morning. Sounds more like early warning signs than Braxton hicks for sure. I've had these on and off since 26 weeks (now 31!) but I've been put off work. So, not to scare you, because it's probably just a warning to slow down, but definitely something to keep an eye on!
