Hunger? Burning stomach? Or baby?

Is anyone experiencing a burning feeling in their stomach sometimes? If I eat something, then an hour or two later. I get this burning -ish, hunger feeling like I didn't just eat! I am 11wks and just want to know is it the baby, my appetite just increasing b/c of the pregnancy or not eating enough? Your thoughts...

Happens to me all the time. It's quite annoying. I just eat again

Could be heartburn! I know for me when I get heartburn, I can't tell if it's hunger pains or heartburn until I lay down and it KILLS. Then I'm like "yep, heartburn" lol

Its part of morning sickness. You're supposed to eat 6-8 small meals a day and snack too, like before you get out of bed.
