Implant

I'm really confused and don't know what to do. I got the implant 6 months ago and everything has been fine slight spotting here and there but then this month I had a proper period; heavy with all the pains, slightly brown. That was two weeks ago and now I'm in again mainly brown but I don't know if it's normal or if I should see a doctor . I have also had a headache for a week and don't know if it's a result of the period, can anyone help?
