Cipro and period

I know ciproflaxin is a really strong antibiotic. I was wondering is there's any correlation between taking that and making your period late? I'm pretty tiny and only weigh about 100 lbs. I'm also 6 days late on my expected period (however my period is easily pushed off by stress and isn't really regular) and finished taking Cipro about a day or so after Christmas. Any info would be helpful!
