Ok I need serious help!

So I have back labour with my first two children, and they both ended in csection, this baby is most likely gonna be nature but if labour was anything like the first two, the pain and contractions were constant. Now I live in a small town and the doctor send you home if you can't tell them how far apart your contractions are. I couldn't and can't count minutes between contractions because it's constant like I said. How do I count when it's like this?
