Anyone pregnant with Crohn's disease??

I have crohns and I'm at 15 weeks. I had a fistula prior to pregnancy and I don't usually have problems with it unless stools are loose. ( not an issue during pregnancy so far) well apparently constipation has caused it to abcess and I'm treating with sitz baths with Epsom salt and if I have to I'll use turmeric and tea tree oil paste or Manuka honey. Just curious if anyone else is dealing with all this.
