Im thinking about leaving my job in Feb- march for a better opportunity at another company i want to wait until i get my pay checks at my job before i leave the job.... Should i? Im looking at a interview  for this other company... *NO RUDE COMMENTS OR JUDGMENTAL REMARKS* the job im thinking about leaving just doesnt pay enough & its not enough hours

Just make for sure that you have the new job before you leave the current job.

make sure you have another job before leaving your current position and put in your two weeks! a lot of managers are more easy going with giving good references if you give them notice that you're quitting.
