trying to conceive

my fertile window is open & needless to say my partner and I have been very active. I track my cycle on 3 different apps which gave me 2 different ovulation dates. we went ahead and did the deed both days and naturally the days before and in between. I recently came down with a cold and was given amoxicillin to get better but I'm wondering if the amoxicillin will have a negative impact on getting pregnant. would anyone happen to know?
