Hello Women TTC

I am a 34 year old woman with only one fallopian tube due to etopic pregnancy in 2001. I didn't no I was pregnant and I loss my left tube .I was 2months with twins an I had a son who was 6 at the time but he is now 20 . I have been married for 5years an I have only been TTC for about 1 year now an I done had to miscarriages an yes it hurts to go Thu that an my doctor told me to go ivf but I said no. I have irregular periods a lot an I just want to start all over again an try with way more power .. I just want to no if any one is gone or going Thu the same thing and what do you take an what do you do I want to no about more things to make me ovulate more an what can open my tubes up?? I had 2 HSG done an that's how I had the miscarriages afterwards but what do yall think I should do ... Thanks Lady's😘
